Think twice about
- Unbranded apartments along the Genting road below Gohtong Jaya
No pedestrian route up a steep, fast, unlit mountain road and thin late night ride hailing. Every outing becomes a negotiated ride.
- Basing in Kuala Lumpur for a Genting evening
Last buses and a foggy mountain descent make a summit dinner plus casino evening a poor plan from the city. Sleep up the hill.
- First World Hotel on peak Saturdays, for light sleepers
The building's scale becomes the experience, with long check in and lift queues and full corridors at concert and holiday peaks.
