- Do not wait at the Hakucho second boarding point without a reservation, and do not confuse Minamikan with Kasuien Minami.
Getting around Matsue: public transport and more
- Ride the Lakeline loop bus between the station, castle, Shiomi Nawate and the art museum, and consider a one day pass.
- Do not confuse JR Matsue Station on the south bank with Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station for the Ichibata line to Izumo.
- For Izumo Taisha use the Ichibata one day pass or JR to Izumoshi, and for Adachi use JR to Yasugi plus the free shuttle.
