Things to do in Thessaloniki

Bougatsa at nine, mezedes at noon, and a Cretan dinner worth every euro.

This is Thessaloniki for someone who wants to eat and drink the way locals do, move between neighbourhoods without a fixed agenda, and spend money only when it counts. The city rewards slow mornings and late evenings, so the plan is built around both. Come hungry.
