Cheap things to do in Seoul

Bongeunsa and Jogyesa, Gwangjang and Mangwon markets, buckwheat noodles at Mijin.

This is Seoul at street level: early temple walks, covered markets, acclaimed bowls that cost less than a coffee back home, and bars where the crowd matters more than the cocktail list. It suits anyone happy to queue for a seat, eat standing up and end the night on a plastic stool. No tasting menus, no taxis where the subway will do.
